H.A.C.C.P.
Since the end of 2006 all the Jaczon fishing trawlers are complying with the latest European hygiene requirements which are summarized in the Jaczon H.A.C.C.P. (Harzard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system.
Beside our trawlers our coldstore in Scheveningen has also been H.A.C.C.P. certified.
All the inspections on the H.A.C.C.P. system are carried out by the V.W.A. (Food and consumer product safety authority). The V.W.A. is an independent Dutch governmental organisation with many experience in the field of consumer’s product safety.
Our H.A.C.C.P. certifications imply that all the customers of Jaczon are ensured that all our products are caught, handled, carried and stored in accordance with the latest international health regulations which finally results in a unique top quality product.
