The factoryFish is lowered from the net to the pounds where ice slurry or refrigerated sea water is immediately applied to optimise freshness. Skilled staff working six hour shifts all day, every day, processes the catch.

We use modern factory operations and processing equipment designed for efficiency, accuracy and speed. Product specifications matching current market requirements are strictly adhered to. The finished products are frozen to -23°C and below within hours of landing the fish on the vessel.

This process enables us to produce pure and natural products without additives; our customers enjoy only the freshest of fish flavours.

Landed ashoreAll frozen products are ready for the market as soon as they are landed on shore from the vessels.
